1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Max Out Labs website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Research Use Only Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Refund / Cancellation Policy, each incorporated here by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this site or purchase products from Max Out Labs.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. No order is accepted, and no contract of sale is formed, until payment succeeds. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Max Out Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability, prior to shipment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts, thresholds, and offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Max Out Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Max Out Labs may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
