1. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Max Out Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
2. Qualified Researcher / Laboratory Use Only
All products sold by Max Out Labs are intended exclusively for use by qualified researchers in a controlled laboratory or in-vitro research setting. Products are not intended for use outside of a laboratory environment by trained personnel operating under appropriate institutional or professional oversight.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application in or on any human body.
- Consumption, injection, administration, or application to any animal.
- Any diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, veterinary, cosmetic, or personal-use purpose.
- Use as a food, dietary supplement, or drug of any kind.
- Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
4. No Medical Claims
Nothing sold by Max Out Labs is represented as safe, effective, or approved for use in or on humans or animals. Max Out Labs makes no representations regarding health outcomes, and no statement on this site should be construed as medical, health, or dosing advice.
5. Buyer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the lawful acquisition, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased from Max Out Labs, including compliance with all applicable laboratory-safety, hazardous-material, and waste-disposal regulations. You agree to use appropriate personal protective equipment and handling procedures at all times.
6. Resale Restrictions
Products may not be resold, repackaged, relabeled, or redistributed for consumption by humans or animals under any circumstance. Any resale must preserve the research-use-only designation and this agreement's restrictions, and must comply with all applicable laws governing resale of laboratory chemicals.
7. Checkout Attestation
By checking the required attestation box at checkout, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Only Agreement, and you affirm that the products ordered will be used solely for permitted research purposes described above. Your acceptance, along with the date and time it was recorded, is stored with your order as proof of agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Max Out Labs disclaims all liability for any use of its products that is inconsistent with this agreement. MKF Enterprises LLC, the operator of Max Out Labs, is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of any product.
