A blend is a single vial containing more than one lyophilized research peptide, prepared at a fixed ratio. For in-vitro work, blends reduce the number of reconstitutions and the handling variability that comes with combining separate vials. This page compares the three blends stocked by Max Out Labs so you can select the one that matches your study design.
Quick comparison
- Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500) — the two-component tissue-study standard. Chosen when the research question centres on BPC-157 and TB-500 alone, with no additional variables.
- GLOW 70 mg (TB-500 / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu) — the Wolverine pairing plus GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide widely used in dermal and collagen-related in-vitro models.
- KLOW 80 mg (TB-500 / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / KPV) — GLOW plus KPV, the α-MSH-derived tripeptide studied in inflammatory-pathway assays. The broadest of the three.
Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500)
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide sequence derived from a gastric protein; TB-500 is a synthetic fragment related to thymosin beta-4. They are the most frequently paired peptides in published tissue and cell-migration literature, which makes this blend the most directly comparable to existing research. Use it when you want a two-variable model rather than a four-component one.

GLOW 70 mg (TB-500 / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu)
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine). Adding it to the BPC-157/TB-500 pair is common in dermal-model and collagen-expression research. Note that GHK-Cu carries a copper ion, so reconstituted GLOW solutions are typically blue-tinted — this is expected and not a purity indicator.

KLOW 80 mg (TB-500 / BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / KPV)
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH (lysine-proline-valine) and appears in inflammatory-pathway literature. KLOW is the widest blend and therefore the least isolable: with four active components, attributing an observed effect to any single peptide is not possible. It suits exploratory screening rather than mechanism-of-action work.

MaxOut Bundle (GLP-RT / GHK-Cu / MT-1 / MOTS-C)
The MaxOut Bundle is not a blend — it is a grouped set of four separately packaged, separately sealed vials: GLP-RT 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, MT-1 10 mg and MOTS-C 10 mg. Because each analyte is supplied in its own vial, every component keeps independent dose control and its own lot documentation, which a single-vial blend cannot offer. It suits laboratories running several unrelated in-vitro models in the same period rather than a single fixed-ratio protocol. The retatrutide component is covered in detail on the retatrutide guide.

Blend or single vials?
Choose single vials when you need independent dose control per peptide or need to attribute results to one compound. Choose a blend when the ratio is fixed by your protocol, when you want fewer reconstitution steps, or when the per-mg cost of the combination matters. Every blend on this site is also available as its constituent single peptides — BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu — so a blend result can be followed up component by component. A grouped research pack such as the MaxOut Bundle sits between the two: separate vials, bundled pricing.
Handling and reconstitution
All blends ship lyophilized. Reconstitution requires bacteriostatic water, which is sold separately as BAC Water 10 ML. Store unopened vials cold and protected from light; reconstituted material should be handled per your laboratory's standard operating procedure. Purity for each lot is verified by HPLC.
